    These owls are so cute.!! Thanks for commenting on my hexies. And to answer your question , Yes, we use a paper or plastic hexagon shape that we wrap our fabric around. Then you hand sew all the pieces together. Hope to see you over at my blog sometime. Cheers--Sandie
